Sliced on a sharing platter.

Preparation Method

  1. Cook up a big joint of salt beef
  2. Cool it down and then serve it on a platter
  3. Slice the joint thinly
  4. Add some gorgeous cornichons, baby picked onions – barely larger than pearls, and maybe some red cabbage or piccalilly for the adventurous.
