1/4 cup spreadable cream cheese
1/4 cup sweet red pepper, coarsely chopped, roasted
4 spinach tortillas (8 inches), warmed
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices Hensons' deli pastrami
4 slices provolone cheese
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 small sweet red pepper, julienned
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
Serve alone for a light snack, or with chips for a hearty meal.

- Place cream cheese and roasted pepper in a small food processor.
- Spread over tortillas.
- Layer with remaining ingredients and roll up. Secure with toothpicks.
