Hensons Pastrami is made from prime cuts of brisket. We take the leanest part of the brisket, trimmed of all visible fat and cure it in our own low-salt brine recipe. We then add pepper, garlic, herbs and smoke before twice-cooking very slowly until perfectly tender.
Hensons Pastrami is sold ready-to-eat as a cold, cooked deli meat, but it is equally delicious gently heated and served hot.
