Hensons Ox-Tongue is available in 2.5kg vacuum-packs ready for slow cooking and adventurous chefs can use it to replace any cured meat as a deli product. Help new customers develop a taste for ox-tongue by introducing it in smaller servings as a filling for sliders or canapés.
