Hensons Famous Salt Beef uses top quality brisket that’s brined to our own decades old recipe – and tops the menu in London’s best-loved Salt Beef bars and good delis nationwide.
It’s so good that we launched Hensons Pastrami. Made from the leanest part of the brisket, Hensons Pastrami is first cured in our low-salt brine recipe. We then add pepper, garlic, herbs and smoke before twice-cooking very slowly until perfectly tender.
For a real taste of tradition, our butchers have also developed a delicate low-salt cure for Ox-Tongue.
