Hensons’ seafood offers consistent quality, price and portion control. Our prawns are graded according to size, finish and glaze and are prepped ready to cook. Squid/calamari are offered plain or sliced and dusted with flour or breadcrumbs.
Our most popular frozen fish are white fillets and salmon. Both match the quality of fresh and can be up to 25 per cent cheaper with a much lower carbon footprint.
Freezing seafood stops all microbiological activity, including pathogens, so products are not subject to spoilage.
