Most of Hensons’ meat is sourced from the UK and Ireland, from audited and approved suppliers that we trust. We buy West Country beef, lamb and pork, chicken from Shropshire and East Anglia and turkey from Braintree in Essex.
We believe the very best beef comes from Scotland and we have been buying from the same farms for over 30 years. In order to offer the widest year-round choice of beef f we supplement our UK range with beef from Argentina, Brazil and Australia for consistent quality and price.
We also offer a selection of Halal lamb and chicken.
Our butchers are highly skilled and understand what chefs need to keep customers’ loyal. We offer a bespoke service and work with our customers to find the right product at the right price for their menus, delivering consistent quality and cut for better portion control, ease of preparation and cooking.
