Hensons customers can now access allergen information for all the products they buy from the company by downloading a spreadsheet from their on-line account. Hensons believe that they are the first wholesaler in the country to offer this service on demand.

We’ve come up with a solution – a spreadsheet that can be downloaded on demand by our customers – pre-loaded with allergen information on the products they are buying from us. We believe that we are the first to offer this in facility in such a convenient format”.
As well as allergen and nutritional information, Henson’s customers can download copies of outstanding invoices and statements as well as being able to browse production information. Product ordering is quick and easy. Andrew Brook adds ‘We will never let on-line ordering replace our telesales – that human interaction is essential to building and maintaining a close working relationship – but the ability to be able to place your order at any time, night or day, is a useful tool. In fact over a third of our orders are placed that way, with most customers choosing to use it out of hours whilst still using telesales during the day.”
