Our buyers have over 40 years experience in the industry, and they are passionate about cheese. Whether it’s a ripe, unpasteurised French Brie or a creamy goats log cheese from an artisan farmer in Hampshire, they are very selective about the products they choose so you can be sure that your cheese will never fail to please, and will arrive in absolutely perfect condition, every time.

We supply cheese and deli products throughout London and the South East, with national deliveries for mixed pallets. Our customers include restaurants, delicatessens, as well as small wholesalers and cheese-mongers.

Range

There are hundreds of thousands of different cheeses in the world and we couldn’t begin to stock them all, so we concentrate on cheese from England – including local cheeses from the counties around London – plus French and Italian products, as well as block, grated and sliced cheddar for caterers. Quality

We pride ourselves on giving the highest standards of product care and this is reflected in us maintaining our BRC accreditation at the highest level, Grade A. This covers our entire operation, from purchasing right through to delivery. Hygiene standards are continually monitored by our technical team and we are constantly looking for ways to improve further.

Pricing

We understand that cheese and speciality products such as cured meats play a very important part in the success of our clients, and so we never compromise on quality. At the same time, we know that everyone is under pressure to reduce costs, and so we operate a very fair pricing policy. We are able to do this because of our buying power and our very efficient multi-temperature distribution service.

Deli

Our deli range includes Italian cured meat, British cooked ham and beef, Spanish olives, olive oil and chorizo, sun dried tomatoes and many more products, carefully selected from around Europe.
